Marco Frey

Marco Frey, Full Professor of Economics and Business Management and Vice Rector for the Third Mission and Technology Transfer, coordinates the Sustainability Laboratory (SuM) and directs the Master’s in Environmental Management and Control: Circular Economy and Efficient Resource Management at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. He is also Professor at the IUSS in Pavia and holds courses on sustainability issues at Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore  and at Luiss in Rome (where he is a senior fellow of the Business School). He serves as President of the United Nations’ Global Compact Network Italy, as President of the Scientific Committee of Symbola, a foundation that promotes Italian quality, and as President of the Sustainability Committee of Aeroporti di Roma and Itelyum, as well as being a Member of the Executive Committee of Touring Club Italiano.

GUENDALINA GRAFFIGNA

Guendalina Graffigna is a Full Professor of Consumer and Health Psychology at Piacenza’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Director of the EngageMinds HUB Research Centre. For the same University, she co-coordinates the Doctoral School in Psychology, the Board of the University Research Centre TROFIC, and the Ethics Commission of the Department of Psychology. She is also a member of the University’s Psychology Department Committee, of the Executive Committee of the Organisations Section of the Italian Psychology Association (AIP) and of the National Advisory Group on Immunisation (NITAG). She is the President of the Study and Training Centre of ASSIRM, for which she served as Director for the past 8 years. Guendalina’s scientific research work is rooted in consumer psychology applied to the study of health and eating behaviours, the impact of new technologies on the health system, and the development of preventive communication. According to the Scopus Scientific Database, she is the most prolific author in the world on the topic of Patient Engagement.

ANDREA PEZZANA

Andrea Pezzana, Psysician specialised in Food Science and Doctor in Clinical and Community PsychologyDirector of the Clinical Nutrition Unit of ASL Città di Torino, Clinical Coordinator of Piedmont’s Regional Clinical Nutrition Network established at the Regional Health Department. Adjunct Professor at the University of Turin and at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
