Supportare le persone nel loro percorso orientato allo stare bene \u00e8 importante quanto intervenire per accrescere il benessere di ciascuno di noi in momenti di particolare fragilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In questo contesto, il ruolo di dietiste, dietisti, nutrizionisti ed esperti nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019alimentazione si conferma fondamentale nel settore della ristorazione collettiva. Ogni giorno, infatti, vengono portati sulle tavole di bambine e bambini, persone che lavorano, degenti e anziani qualit\u00e0,&nbsp;<strong>sicurezza<\/strong>&nbsp;e, soprattutto,&nbsp;<strong>educazione alimentare<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>promozione di corretti stili di vita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proprio per rafforzare questo impegno, \u00e8 stata rinnovata la&nbsp;<strong>collaborazione tra l\u2019Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia e la CIRFOOD DISTRICT Academy<\/strong>, che ha portato all\u2019organizzazione di due giornate di&nbsp;<strong>formazione immersiva presso il CIRFOOD DISTRICT<\/strong>, coinvolgendo studentesse e studenti del&nbsp;<strong>Corso di Laurea in Dietistica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel corso dell\u2019iniziativa sono state realizzate diverse attivit\u00e0, tra cui laboratori pratici con&nbsp;<strong>prove prodotto<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>studio delle consistenze modificate<\/strong>&nbsp;all\u2019interno della Cucina Sperimentale. Accanto alla dimensione operativa, le partecipanti e i partecipanti hanno avuto l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di&nbsp;<strong>esplorare le prospettive professionali<\/strong>&nbsp;e i possibili&nbsp;<strong>percorsi di crescita<\/strong>&nbsp;nel settore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particolare attenzione \u00e8 stata inoltre dedicata al&nbsp;<strong>valore sociale della professione<\/strong>, attraverso un momento di confronto&nbsp;<strong>sul ruolo chiave della dietista e del dietista<\/strong>&nbsp;nel garantire&nbsp;<strong>equilibrio nutrizionale e benessere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019esperienza si \u00e8 conclusa con un riscontro positivo da parte delle ragazze e dei ragazzi, che hanno partecipato con entusiasmo e curiosit\u00e0, confermando l\u2019importanza di iniziative che favoriscono il dialogo tra universit\u00e0 e mondo della Ristorazione Collettiva.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":76179,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-76178","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-senza-categoria"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
